Located in the White's Road and 401 area, Colwell Nursery School and Kindergarten has been providing the Pickering area with unparalleled early years enrichment since 1988.  We offer full-day and half-day Nursery School and Kindergarten programmes at both the junior and senior levels, and are well known in the community for excellence in the educational care that we provide to children ages 2 to 5 years.  In contrast to many other childcare centres, Colwell Nursery School has a very low rate of staff turnover, and a comparatively high level of skill and expertise in early childhood education.  Due to the high quality of staff, the school is able to also include special needs/high needs children among those we serve.  We have expertise in teaching children with speech and language delays, learning difficulties, social difficulties, behaviour difficulties, and adjustment difficulties.
